50-60 Minute Couples Counseling Session – $150

Counseling can be a very private and personal experience for some. Most insurances require you to be diagnosed and usually dictate how much and what type of therapy you can have. We believe that should be decided between you and your counselor. It is for these reasons (and more) that we do not directly bill insurance. However, we can provide you with documentation (called a superbill) to get reimbursed by your insurance company. Please check your insurance company’s policy if you plan to use this method, as requirements vary from company to company. Additionally, you can use a company called Better to help you get reimbursed by your insurance.

Please note that submitting a superbill for reimbursement may carry a degree of risk to confidentiality, privacy, or to future capacity to obtain health or life insurance or employment.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider at the number listed on the back of your card to check on your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much do you pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Is there a limit on how much you will pay per session?
  • Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?


We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (via Square) as forms of payment. We also accept payment via PayPal and Venmo. FSA/HSA cards can also be accepted for therapy sessions.

Payments are accepted at or before the time of service. We do not bill for services or carry account balances.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and only you. Without proper notice, we are unable to provide service to someone else in need. Therefore, a cancellation fee of $75 will apply if 24 hours’ notice is not given and your appointment is not rescheduled within the same week. We also offer the convenience of secure online video sessions in the event of weather or sickness. Payment is expected prior to your next session.
